About the Foundation
The GSC Legacy Foundation was founded by Leon and Wendy Johnson to give back to the communities that helped shape their lives and careers. Leon, a third-generation concrete contractor and founder of Greater Seattle Concrete, spent decades building a successful business rooted in craftsmanship, hard work, and the values of the skilled trades.
Through years of business leadership and hands-on industry experience, Leon and Wendy developed a strong commitment to helping others succeed. Their work in construction showed them how practical skills, mentorship, and opportunity can change lives.
The foundation supports initiatives that strengthen communities through humanitarian aid, education, and opportunities connected to the skilled trades. By investing in people and practical solutions, the GSC Legacy Foundation seeks to help individuals and communities build stronger futures.
